Custom insoles are support devices specially made according to the anatomical structure of your foot, pressure distribution, and walking biomechanics. Standard insoles are designed for average foot structures and offer general support; whereas custom insoles are based on your footprint, arch height, and heel alignment.

The measurement process is performed at our podology clinic using 3D scanning or a pressure measurement platform (pedobarograph). The visit typically takes 20–30 minutes and requires no preparation; just come wearing a pair of shoes you comfortably walk in.
In some cases, remote assessment is also possible; however, an in-person measurement is recommended for the most accurate results. During the assessment, your posture analysis, walking video, and complaints are evaluated together.
After measurements are taken, your custom insoles will be ready for delivery in approximately 2–3 business days. Production time may vary depending on the selected material, design complexity, and busy periods.
A 1–2 week adaptation period after delivery is normal. If you experience pain or discomfort, you can take advantage of a free adjustment session.

Insoles are made from different materials depending on their intended use, weight, and activity level. Commonly used materials include: EVA foam, polypropylene, carbon fiber, leather lining, and silicone gel.
Hypoallergenic options are available; if you have known skin sensitivity or a history of allergies, be sure to mention it during your assessment. The materials used in production are tested beforehand and are considered safe for skin contact under normal use.
No, a single insole can be used in multiple shoes. However, for the insole to function effectively, it is important that the shoe it is placed in is compatible with the insole's depth and shape. Compatibility issues may arise with very narrow or specially cushioned shoes.
Multi-set options are available for those who want separate insoles for different categories such as everyday, sport, and work shoes. This allows a customized support profile to be created for each activity.
Insole lifespan varies based on usage intensity, material, and care, but averages 1–3 years. With heavy daily use, this period may be shorter.

Yes, athletic insoles are produced based on more dynamic force analysis. Different sports such as running, soccer, basketball, or mountaineering have specific requirements for shock absorption, energy return, and lateral stability.
In athlete assessments, in addition to static pressure analysis, dynamic load distribution during running and jumping is also examined. Performance-oriented materials such as carbon fiber or high-density EVA are preferred.
In Turkey, orthopedic insoles may be partially covered by SGK with specific diagnosis codes and a doctor's prescription. Conditions that may be covered include pes planus, pes cavus, diabetic foot, and certain neurological conditions.
For the SGK reimbursement process, you first need to obtain a report and prescription from an orthopedics or physical therapy specialist. If you have private insurance, we recommend confirming additional coverage with your insurance company. Our clinic can assist you in preparing the necessary documents throughout this process.
Yes. A free adjustment session is offered for issues such as pressure points, slipping, or discomfort during the adaptation period. Insoles can typically be fine-tuned within 30–60 days from the initial delivery.
If your complaints persist, a new biomechanical evaluation will be conducted and the insole's shape, height, or firmness will be revised. Our goal is to ensure the insole truly works for you, so we have a satisfaction-focused follow-up process in place.
